Job openings for Social Media Manager in Bangalore

Were currently operating as a cloud kitchen and will be moving into a café space soon, so this is an exciting time to join the brand and grow alongside us.
What You’ll Do
⁠ ⁠Plan and maintain our monthly social media content calendar
⁠ ⁠Come up with fun, fresh content ideas that fit the brand
⁠ ⁠Shoot and record food, behind-the-scenes and lifestyle content
⁠ ⁠Capture good-quality food and product shots that are visually appealing
⁠ ⁠Edit Reels, short-form videos and other social content
⁠ ⁠Stay on top of social media trends and figure out how to make them work for our brand
⁠ ⁠Plan content around new launches, products, events and the upcoming café
⁠ ⁠Work closely with the founder to bring ideas to life
⁠ ⁠Create approximately 15-20 posts per month, with flexibility to do more when needed
What We’re Looking For
⁠ ⁠Someone who genuinely loves food, photography and social media
⁠ ⁠A good eye for food styling, composition and visual storytelling
⁠ ⁠Comfortable shooting content on a phone or camera
⁠ ⁠Basic to good video editing skills
⁠ ⁠Creative, proactive and constantly coming up with ideas
⁠ ⁠Good understanding of Instagram and short-form content
⁠ ⁠Organised and comfortable managing a content calendar
⁠ ⁠Someone who wants to grow with an upcoming brand and take ownership as we move from cloud kitchen to café
Bonus: Experience with CapCut, Canva, Lightroom, Premiere Pro or similar tools.
This is a hands-on creative role with plenty of room to experiment. We’re looking for someone who wants to be part of building the brand from an early stage and grow into a larger role as the business grows.
