A qualified candidate must have 1 - 4 years proven bench sales (H1B, OPT, CPT, EAD, GC and Citizens) experience in the US IT consulting industry.
Must be well versed with US Tax terms like W2, Corp2Corp & 1099.
Must have good understanding of US staffing business, sales and recruitment process.
Must be capable to identify new clients (tier-1 vendors & direct clients) for providing staffing solutions.
Must be a self motivated with strong work ethics.
Must have good experience in cold calling, rate negotiation and also need to have good convincing and closing skills.
Must have good understanding on all IT technologies.
Must be a good team player and result driven.
Must have good attitude.
Must be good at cold calling to Technology/Solutions Implementer, MSPs, VMS, etc firms.
Must be willing to work towards direct client acquisitions.
MUST own the position for which hired, meaning must take ownership towards their work responsibilities.
Zeal to grow as a professional and learn the upcoming technologies and global business dynamics.
Any technical qualification would be a plus. Like, Diploma in the field of IT Software would be an added plus, like Certifications on UNIX, C++, .Net, J2EE, Oracle, any ERP, etc. would be a given preference
Must be a graduate (BSc, B.Com, BCA etc) or a post graduate (MSc, MBA, M.Com MCA etc).
